We are qualified Social Workers with several years experience of working with People with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Stroke, Dementia and Mental Health issues.

This includes direct hands on working with people, completing assessments and developing packages of care and supporting people in court. We have an understanding of the commissioning and contracting process when locating out of area placements and can provide a care plan appraisal and quality check process.

We provide Independent Social Work services to Local Authorities, Solicitors and private individuals including Care Act Assessments; Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards assessments and Capacity Assessments covering accommodation, finances and the ability to take part in legal proceedings. We also provide advocacy support and act as Certificate Signatories for LPA and Deputyship applications; and complete the COP form 3 as required and provide evidence to the court for complex cases as expert witnesses.

We are registered with the HCPC and hold professional indemnity insurance and maintain confidentially in line with GDPR.
